🏠 Are we heading towards a real estate market crash?
I have good news for you. The US housing market shows no signs of coming to a crash.
With talk of a recession and endless doomsday news headlines, some are wondering what it means for the real estate market. Despite a fluctuating stock market, the housing market remains a stable place to invest — whether its a primary residence or investment property. 2024 saw a historically low number of home sales and while the beginning of 2025 has brought more homes to the market, the US housing inventory is still historically low. And more importantly, demand is still outpacing supply.
This fact alone should ease any fears of a real estate market crash.
The bottom line? Sell your home or buy a new home when the timing is right for you… don’t try to time this market. Curious about what that could look like for your home? Fill out this form or reply to this email and we'll get the process start.
As always, if you have any real estate questions or needs, my inbox is always open. I'd be happy to set up a time to talk.
Sincerely,
Gary Martin
