Nestled in the heart of Richmond, Virginia, lies a neighborhood that exudes character and architectural splendor like no other – the Fan District. The district is further divided into Upper Fan, Middle Fan, and Lower Fan, each with its own distinct personality. I live in the Lower Fan, adjacent to Carytown, the Museum District and Byrd Park, and love the access I have to each neighborhood across town.
