🏠 Why I won't just sell your 5 bedrooms,

4.5 baths and 2 car garage and what I'll sell instead

Sure, I’ll promote the features of your home, but the reality is that the future buyers of your home isn’t just buying the 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and 2 car garage.

They’re buying so much more — they’re buying the life they’ll live there.

I know that the typical real estate method these days is to take photos, have ChatGPT spit out a listing description, post it on the MLS, automatically feed to Zillow, Redfin, etc and then maybe share a generic Just Listed graphic to your social media.

But I’m not your typical Richmond realtor.

When I sell your home — when I market it for maximum exposure and offers — the very first thing I do is identify who I think will buy your home and why. I know that it’s usually not just about that hard facts — how many square feet, the number of bedrooms, the kitchen or even the school district.

From the photos to the videos to the description to the social media campaign, my goal is to speak to the deeper motivations and help your potential buyers envision their life in your home.

In a way that makes them HAVE TO HAVE IT.

Curious about what that could look like for your home? Fill out this form or reply to this email and we'll get the process start.

As always, if you have any real estate questions or needs, my inbox is always open. I'd be happy to set up a time to talk.
